Community led regeneration is a scheme to explore with the local community the long-term and ambitious upgrading of existing areas to bring about social and economic change.

1 being least supportive, 5 indifferent and 10 being most supportive. 
1.3 Are you aware that Labour cancelled the regeneration scheme in Beanhill, Netherfield, Coffee Hall and Tinkers Bridge?
Despite cross party support, a £1bn regeneration scheme was cancelled by the Labour Party (by their parliamentary candidate!) after infighting and a poorly run process. 
1.31 Were you aware that when MK Council undertook a full survey of Council Homes in 2016/17 that 35% were considered ‘non-decent’?
1.32 If you live in a council home, have you ever had an issue with getting repairs or improvements from MK Council?

Regeneration of an estate comes in all shapes and sizes, describe how you wish regeneration would take shape in your area? Does your property need repair, or the local park or streets? Do we need to redesign the estate so it's more open? What new infrastructure would benefit the area?
